How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Beckon and go to Account to cancel. Your access continues through the end of the paid period; the plan will not renew.
Where are my meetings, and how do I delete one?
Beckon never keeps meeting audio: it's turned into text on your Mac and then deleted. Transcripts and summaries are stored only on your Mac, in the Meetings section of the Beckon window, and you can delete any of them there. Deletion is immediate.
Why does Beckon ask for a macOS permission?
Each permission unlocks a specific capability — microphone for voice, screen recording for on-screen actions, accessibility for window control, and so on. You can revoke any permission in System Settings; the affected feature will pause until you restore it.
Beckon isn't hearing the wake word — what do I check?
Check that "Hey Beckon" is turned on in Settings → Launcher, that Beckon has microphone access in System Settings → Privacy & Security, and that the right microphone is selected in System Settings → Sound → Input. The Download page has setup steps.
